Contributions
In line with the objectives of the ICA Commissions on Geovisualization and Cognitive Visualization the GeoViz_Hamburg Workshop is focused on giving researchers the chance to demonstrate their work to colleagues and receive feedback upon it. In light of this we have scheduled opportunities for presentation and both formal and informal discussion of your work and ideas which will be explained in the following. We hope that this format will be useful to you and that it will be enjoyable. We also hope that you will participate in discussing the research of others who attend.
Publication: The abstracts of accepted presentations will be published online at the workshop web site. In addition, selected submissions will be invited for consideration in a special issue of the International Journal of Geographical Information Science (IJGIS).
Presentation formats: During the Workshop oral presentations (length still to be determined) will given. In the opening session we will kick-off the Workshop with a 1-minute introduction by all participants.
Partial travel support will be provided to selected participants making presentations on movement data - related topics who are eligible for MOVE COST funding - more
